Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

EditShare is a U.S.-based company unifying its world-class media ecosystem with a remote-first team spanning Poland, the UK, and the US.

• 4–7+ years shipping stable, customer-facing web applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue 3 (Composition API), TypeScript, Pinia, and Vite
• Experience consuming complex REST APIs, handling large datasets, pagination, and real-time state synchronization
• Practical experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright and/or Vitest
• Strong Git/GitHub workflow proficiency including branch strategy and code review discipline
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

• Interest in media workflows (frame rates, metadata, asset management)
• Experience with CEP/UXP panel development for Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid

• Build and maintain scalable frontend features using Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, and Vite
• Implement and extend the design system (e.g., PrimeVue), ensuring responsiveness and WCAG accessibility
• Develop and maintain integrated editing panels (CEP/UXP) for Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid
• Consume complex REST APIs to build fluid, real-time workflows with large datasets, pagination, and state synchronization
• Collaborate with distributed engineering, design, and product teams across Poland, the UK, and the US
• Write unit tests using Vitest and end-to-end tests with Playwright
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews with peers
• Use Git/GitHub within Agile/Scrum workflow
