AI‑Native Mid Fullstack Developer

Meant4 Software builds cloud-native applications running on Google Cloud with a focus on AI-native development workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Solid hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native applications on Google Cloud.
• Working knowledge across the stack: Go, Python, TypeScript, and Vue.
• Experience with AI-native workflows, understanding when and how to use AI/agentic tools effectively.
• Strong architecture and system design skills to create production-resilient solutions.
• Quality-first mindset, able to identify AI-generated errors and insist on appropriate testing and guardrails.
• Proficient communication skills in English to explain and defend technical decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) in production.
• Mentoring experience or setting engineering standards for AI-assisted teams.
• Familiarity with domain-driven design or clean/hexagonal architecture patterns.

• Design clean, scalable cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Use AI and agentic coding tools as primary development aids, critically reviewing and validating generated code.
• Establish guardrails for AI-assisted output including tests, type safety, linting, and coding standards.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to enforce quality through pipelines.
• Build and ship features across backend services in Go/Python and frontend in TypeScript/Vue.
• Own reliability and observability of deployed features including logging, monitoring, and operational best practices on GCP.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to make trade-offs and maintain codebase health as it scales.
