Information Security Manager / Cybersecurity Manager

• Experience in roles such as Information Security Manager, Cybersecurity Manager, Head of Information Security, Deputy CISO, or similar leadership positions.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
• Experience in creating and implementing security policies, standards, and processes.
• Knowledge of Security Operations, Incident Response, and collaboration with SOC or security service providers.
• Ability to present security topics in a business context.
• Experience managing teams and leading security-related projects.

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001.
• Experience in regulated organizations.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, application and digital service security.
• Experience with audits, vulnerability management, and supplier security.

• Create and develop information security and cybersecurity strategies.
• Manage cyber risk and monitor organizational security levels.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with management and key stakeholders on security and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise security monitoring and incident response processes.
• Work with IT teams, business units, and service and technology providers.
• Support security initiatives related to infrastructure, data, applications, and digital services.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on risks and security improvements.
