RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and operating in 90+ markets, RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products focusing on maximizing conversion, customer acquisition, and engagement. The HQ Technical Support Team delivers product onboarding, internal knowledge distribution, and technical communication globally.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Exceptional writing skills to explain complex technical logic simply and engagingly
• Strong organizational skills to run internal onboarding cycles independently
• Confidence in public speaking, virtual meeting moderation, and a communicative role in a global company

• Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and feature news for newly deployed system functionalities
• Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, wiki articles, and training materials
• Organize, schedule, and deploy training sessions for internal newcomers and global technical teams
• Host and present during global product rollout meetings, summarizing software changes
• Cooperate closely with global HQ units on cross-functional educational and onboarding projects
