Senior Business Analyst

• Strong functional knowledge of Risk Engines, Monte Carlo Simulation, Pricing Models, Risk Aggregation, and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Data and Controls.
• Expert knowledge of Global Transformation Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of external environments including regulatory, political, and competitor factors.
• Business re-engineering knowledge; advanced business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
• Advanced change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.
• Proven track record as an outstanding analyst or consultant with overall financial services industry knowledge.
• Extensive experience using multiple analysis techniques in business, operations, and technology projects.
• Experience in business case development and understanding design enablers underpinning business benefits.
• Strong experience delivering change across various banking environments and managing implementation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Polish and advanced English language skills.

• Manage and execute analysis activities within priority programmes, guiding teams on Requirements Management and analysis tasks.
• Oversee Change Management activities including planning, audience analysis, and delivering communications, training, and support.
• Track change readiness, adoption, and feedback to ensure successful implementation.
• Plan, control, and report on implementation of change products, focusing on benefit acceleration and risk minimization.
• Collaborate with Project Management Office, Process Consultants, and Business Consultants to meet project demands.
• Anticipate and manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and represent stakeholder interests.
• Identify and analyze complex problems, generate feasible and creative solutions, and lead brainstorming meetings to resolve issues.
