• Experience in electronic banking and e-commerce projects
• Experience in creating and building APIs
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Ability to create business documentation and functional requirements
• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Practical knowledge of the banking/financial industry

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements for backend and frontend systems
• Collaborate with IT teams on designing and developing API Management services
• Define requirements for sharing banking products, services, and data in an API model
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Develop specifications for frontend White Label solutions with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate and provide analytical support for integration of internal and external systems
