Senior Cybersecurity AI Engineer

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years without.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale security solutions.
• Experience with endpoint and network security solutions implementation or support.
• Knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating system internals, hardening, and monitoring.
• Understanding of TCP/IP network fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with GenAI engineering, particularly LLM-powered services and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with document ingestion pipelines, chunking/embedding strategies, vector databases, and relevance tuning.
• Broad knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and team player qualities.
• Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and accountability.
• Deep understanding of operating system internals including kernel processes and privilege levels on Windows and Linux/Mac.
• Good understanding of Cyber Security Operations and Incident Response processes.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-500, CISSP, SSCP, GIAC, and OSCP (a major plus).

• Provide direction and support in the implementation of leading-edge endpoint antivirus, EDR, application control, and privilege management security technologies using a risk-based approach.
• Deliver engineering solutions to respond to new threats by leveraging endpoint tools and identifying gaps.
• Apply GenAI/ML methods, such as anomaly detection and supervised models, to endpoint telemetry for threat detection and cybersecurity use cases.
• Promote high standards in security engineering while balancing business requirements and mitigating security risks.
• Collaborate with technology, business, and product teams to establish productive business relationships.
• Provide technical solutions and expertise to the global Cyber Engineering team on endpoint security aspects.
• Design, build, run, and own endpoint security implementations in a diverse environment.
• Participate in planning, design, implementation, attack prevention, and ongoing support of complex security systems.
• Implement security and threat protection using diverse cloud and on-premises endpoint security tools.
• Create clear and concise documentation to formalize workstream processes.
• Meet SLAs by processing requests promptly.
