Configure and support secure remote access components, access groups, and controlled vendor access models.
Help validate network prerequisites, connectivity requirements, and authentication flows.
Support the migration from legacy remote access solutions to standardized secure access platforms.
Act as an escalation point for complex remote access issues, including onboarding, authentication, connectivity, and session-related problems.
Work with vendors and platform support teams to resolve critical technical issues.
Review remote access architecture and configurations against security standards and best practices.
Promote least-privilege access, session monitoring, and session recording practices.
Support access reviews, audit preparation, evidence collection, and compliance reporting.
Coach local IT/OT teams and help drive adoption of secure remote access processes.
Prepare deployment dashboards, progress updates, and stakeholder reporting.
