CRM & Retention Manager

x-kom is a group operating in marketing, with offices in Częstochowa and Warsaw.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle, or Retention with proven strategic development success.
• Ability to build CRM and retention strategies, define KPIs, work with data, collaborate with analysts, and translate business direction into specific actions and processes.
• Skilled in managing a diverse team, defining team needs and goals, and task management.
• Strategic thinking with ability to set priorities, build development roadmaps, and achieve long-term business goals.
• Open and communicative personality with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relations at all organizational levels.
• Passion for market trends, drawing inspiration from various organizations, and applying best practices.
• Communication in English is required.

• Develop CRM and retention strategy for x-kom clients to increase purchase frequency, customer return rate, and customer lifetime value.
• Conduct audits of current activities, processes, data, and tools and prepare a development plan for the next 6–12 months.
• Develop customer segmentation, define performance indicators, and use data for business decision-making.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated customer journeys at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Manage the CRM and marketing automation team and collaborate with analytics, marketing, and business teams to implement the strategy.
• Create and develop retention strategy and activities supporting repeat purchases and customer reactivation.

Location: Warsaw or Częstochowa. Work model: 4 days office, 1 day remote. Initially may require more frequent presence in Częstochowa.
