Full Stack Developer (Python+Angular)

The role is in a company operating in the Media / Telco industry and involves long-term cooperation on AI products that support education by aiding teachers and students in learning outcomes.

• Ability to independently deliver well-scoped backend-oriented full stack features.
• Hands-on experience with Python backend development, preferably using FastAPI or similar.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs or similar service interfaces.
• Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Experience with automated testing and pragmatic test coverage.
• Experience with code reviews, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven backend patterns.
• Ability to build Angular frontend features within established patterns.
• Awareness of observability practices including logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Performance awareness for backend services, database queries, and user-facing flows.
• Ability to help shape technical solutions while seeking guidance on architecture and AI-specific decisions.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Design, and engineering teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating AI APIs or AI-powered features.
• Interest in learning AI feature building, integration, testing, and reliability.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Security and privacy awareness when handling user data and integrations.
• Accessibility awareness for frontend features.
• Experience with cloud deployment or operating cloud services.

• Deliver backend-oriented full stack features for AI products from implementation through testing, review, and release readiness.
• Design, implement, and maintain API endpoints and backend services using Python/FastAPI.
• Work with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling, database changes, and migrations.
• Integrate the application with external systems and internal services.
• Use queues and asynchronous processing for background or delayed processing features.
• Build Angular frontend features within existing application patterns.
• Contribute to AI-powered product features by integrating AI APIs or services with support from senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable, and observable code.
• Improve reliability, logging, monitoring, and performance in working areas.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
