Digital Designer

The role is within the medical devices industry and involves supporting the rollout of a new website across markets. The position is based in Szczecin with a hybrid work model. The project length is 6 months with an option for prolongation.

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, web content production, or editorial execution.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content publishing.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of digital design principles.
• Proven knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.

• Support the rollout of the website through hands-on design, content production, and editorial execution.
• Create, update, and maintain digital page layouts, content assets, and visuals in Optimizely CMS and Figma.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, accessibility requirements, brand guidelines, and web best practices.
• Crop, optimize, and prepare images, graphics, and other digital assets for web publishing.
• Perform quality assurance of pages and content before publication.
• Collaborate with the Digital Experience team, Branding, team editors, and content owners to ensure pages accurately follow approved Figma designs and requirements.
• Identify and report deviations from design specifications to development teams and support resolution.
• Assist in the creation of imagery, icons, and visual assets for training materials, playbooks, and editorial guidance.
