AI Engineer

Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider specializing in tailor-made IT solutions, smart outsourcing, try&hire, and success fee services. The client is a global leader in professional services, financial consulting, and auditing, focusing on technology-driven AI transformations for enterprises.

• At least 1 year of commercial experience creating Agentic workflows with enterprise-grade API integration
• Advanced proficiency in Python (including asyncio, Pydantic, FastAPI, and pytest)
• Experience constructing LLM agents with structured outputs, multi-agent architectures, tool calling, cost and latency management (e.g., Claude Agent SDK)
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool server setup and consumption
• Deep understanding of LangGraph for stateful orchestration including human-in-the-loop workflows and A2A protocols
• Background in enterprise REST integrations with secure authentication like OAuth2 and SSO (e.g., Azure AD)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and fast in-memory data storage (Redis / Redis Stack)
• Excellent Polish and English skills (at least C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of observability and tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Langfuse)
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure including blob storage and managed search
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and spec-driven development
• Prior exposure to tax and accounting sector or client internal technology ecosystem

• Design and deploy LLM-based agents focused on planning and rollover tasks for a deterministic tax processing system
• Connect intelligent agents to internal enterprise applications using REST APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Create scalable agent-to-agent (A2A) solutions compatible with orchestrators like LangGraph
• Develop and optimize automated, Python-driven workflows in production
