Business Process Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in financial or business analysis or process improvement
• Experience with data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Familiarity with payment industry practices and technologies is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance
• Oversee merchant routing and switching processes to maintain seamless operations
• Manage and optimize Visa principal traffic distribution across processing channels
• Monitor transaction volumes and traffic spikes, identifying anomalies and operational risks
• Verify processing limits to avoid technical issues and unnecessary declines
• Monitor and analyze conversion rates, identify errors, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with teams to manage terminal switching and ensure regulatory adherence
• Generate and analyze custom analytics reports
• Evaluate merchant traffic patterns to provide insights
• Translate traffic analytics for processing partners
• Organize and deliver system operations and analytics training sessions
