Endpoint Management Administrator

• Higher technical education in computer science or related field
• Several years of experience administering Windows workstation environments with hundreds of devices, preferably multi-branch or multi-tenant
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration (configuration, GPO/Intune, troubleshooting, security)
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager covering configuration and compliance policies, application and update management, enrollment/Autopilot, basic integration with Entra ID/AD
• Administrative knowledge of macOS in corporate environment (management via ABM, MDM – Intune/Jamf): zero-touch deployment, profiles, permissions, local firewall config, EntraID integration, FileVault, OS/application updates, self-service portal
• Basic or advanced administration of Linux workstations (package management, updates, services, security basics, logs)
• Very good PowerShell skills for Microsoft 365/Intune administration (scripts, modules, API, data manipulation)
• Ability to independently plan work and propose endpoint management improvements
• Collaborative mindset with security, infrastructure, and L1/L2 support teams
• Clear and concrete technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to quality, consistency, and repeatability of configurations (standards, automation, documentation)
• English proficiency for technical documentation and communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jamf Pro or other Apple-specific MDM tools (designing structures, smart groups, policies, scripts)
• Knowledge of Python for automation, API integration, and administrative tool development
• Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools (especially for Linux/macOS configurations)
• Experience managing multiple tenants in Microsoft 365/Intune and tools supporting multi-tenant management
• Basic knowledge of Entra ID/AD in device management context (hybrid join, device objects, conditional access for endpoints)

• Administer and develop endpoint management environments for Windows, macOS, and Linux using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions for Apple and mobile devices
• Design, implement, and maintain policies for configuration, security, compliance, and system/application update processes
• Create, document, and maintain endpoint management standards including baseline, hardening, and configuration patterns for multiple clients/tenants
• Conduct tests and proof of concept for new MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf) and recommend target solutions
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell (optionally Python/Ansible) for mass operations, reporting, integrations, and configuration management
• Provide L1 support in endpoint management (Intune/Jamf/MDM, enrollment, policies, updates, configuration issues)
• Prepare and update technical documentation, operational procedures (runbooks), and materials for administrators
• Participate in security and compliance audits by preparing reports and information on endpoint ecosystems
