Kierownik/Kierowniczka Projektów IT

Pentacomp is a company with over 30 years of experience in the IT market, creating modern IT solutions and providing professional services for large enterprises and the public sector. Lumicode is a subsidiary of the Pentacomp Group, supporting the development and implementation of IT projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects as a project manager and team leader, including managing multi-million budgets
• Ability to comprehensively plan project scope, budget, and schedule, and knowledge of project documentation principles
• Knowledge of IT project management, including good understanding of AGILE, SCRUM, and software development processes
• Skills in managing the work of a project team
• Higher education (preferably in IT)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Independence, openness to new challenges, and flexibility in thinking

Nice to have:

• Certifications (Scrum, PRINCE2®, PMP®, ITIL®, others)
• Knowledge of software and IT infrastructure integration and dedicated systems development
• Domain knowledge in IT systems for healthcare: HIS, PACS
• Knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM

• Managing a project for the development and implementation of innovative diagnostic software with medical device status
• Collaborating with clients and internal and external stakeholders
• Co-creating the solution
