Senior Full Stack Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Physitrack is a global digital healthcare provider with team members on four continents, serving customers in 17 time zones and millions of end users in 187 countries. They offer two products: Physitrack, a SaaS B2B platform used by physiotherapists and their patients, and Champion Health, a Wellbeing platform.

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and SQL
• Solid understanding of how the World Wide Web works
• Ability to self-organize and work with minimal supervision
• Track record of building quality software with a product builder mindset
• Transparent communication and problem-solving skills
• Leverage modern AI tools to stay current

Nice to have:

• Experience in a SaaS product company
• Advanced proficiency in Postgres (advanced SQL features, optimizations, debugging)
• Experience with React
• Experience with infrastructure tools (Linux, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with Amazon AWS cloud services
• Good technical writing skills (documentation, READMEs, blog posts)
• Experience as a remote developer in a fully remote team
• Experience with legacy multi-year-old codebases

• Architect, code and maintain services and infrastructure powering enterprise customers
• Deploy new code multiple times daily
• Improve codebases continually to enhance performance and quality
