Technical Lead (AWS / Data Platform)

• Experience as a Technical Lead, Tech Lead, DevOps Lead, or Platform Engineering Lead.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services: Glue, Lambda, Data Lake.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience working with dbt and designing data warehouses.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Experience in technical leadership and team management.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of Data Platform and Data Engineering solutions.
• Experience with data integrations and analytical systems like Adobe Analytics.

• Lead technical teams and make technical decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and use AWS CloudFormation.
• Work with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, and Data Lake.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines end-to-end using dbt, Redshift, AWS Glue, PySpark, S3, and Airflow.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, business units, and technical teams in an international environment.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, validate data, and implement improvements.
