• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience
• At least 2 years in Modern Endpoint Management or similar role
• Higher education
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Microsoft Windows Endpoint Administrator certification
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM / MECM
• Very good knowledge of Windows Client operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting configuration and maintenance issues in Windows environments
• Practical experience with device imaging (PXE, Windows PE, Task Sequences)
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune Autopilot
• Experience managing Windows telemetry
• Experience managing Configuration Baselines
• Knowledge of endpoint privilege management (EPM) using Microsoft Intune
• Very good knowledge of PowerShell
• Experience deploying and maintaining business applications
• Experience monitoring endpoint environments in large organizations

• Central management of large-scale workstation environments
• Administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows endpoint environments with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Planning, implementing, and resolving issues related to operating system imaging (PXE, Windows PE, Task Sequences)
• Preparing and deploying security and feature updates for Windows
• Managing workstation configurations and maintaining Configuration Baselines
• Creating Windows OS configurations according to business requirements
• Creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining business applications and application packages
• Monitoring application lifecycle, installing updates, and supporting license management
• Monitoring application deployment correctness and troubleshooting installation issues
• Developing and expanding automation using PowerShell
• Managing, monitoring, and reporting Windows telemetry settings
• Implementing and maintaining telemetry control configurations
• Monitoring environment compliance with security policies and cooperating with Cybersecurity teams
• Reporting configuration, telemetry, and compliance status of endpoint environments
• Testing endpoint configurations on physical and virtual devices
• Troubleshooting endpoint configuration issues in cooperation with ICT teams and technology providers
• Creating and updating technical documentation and user manuals
• Participating in optimization and further development of Modern Endpoint Management environment
• Collaborating with the Modern Workplace team and supporting end users
