Senior ML Engineer (AI/ML Platform)

• Proven experience as an ML Engineer in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle tooling such as MLflow, Vertex AI, or equivalents
• Experience with distributed training, scalable compute environments, containerization (Docker), and deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud-native ML platforms, preferably Google Cloud / Vertex AI
• Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics including fairness and robustness, and CI/CD for ML systems (MLOps practices)
• Familiarity with artifact management and version control systems

Nice to have:

• Experience building enterprise AI/ML platforms supporting multiple teams or products
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to high-scale ML systems and real-time inference architectures
• Experience implementing automated retraining and adaptive learning systems

• Develop scalable ML solutions with modular, reusable, and testable Python packages
• Implement experiment tracking, reproducibility, and versioning for ML workflows
• Design and build distributed training pipelines with checkpointing and fault tolerance
• Create production-ready model packaging, serving, deployment, canary releases, rollback, and inference solutions
• Build and maintain ML monitoring and retraining pipelines for data drift and prediction quality
• Define and enforce ML lifecycle governance, observability, documentation, and model retirement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, owning ML engineering deliverables and promoting security-first practices
