Wymagania
- Familiarity with legal regulations and standards affecting banking business processes.
- Strong command of English (minimum level C1) in speaking and writing.
- Experience in business and system analysis.
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and proactivity.
- Willingness to appear at the Gdańsk office approximately once a month.
Nice to have:
- Business specialization in electronic payments, cards, transfers, and/or banking transactions.
Obowiązki
- Support sales processes (presales) through gathering requirements, estimation, and budgeting.
- Participate in the development of modern sales processes for online and direct channels in the insurance sector.
