Full-stack Developer

At SonarHome we help people to make and execute the right decisions when selling or buying a property. We provide technology to find the best price and build an optimal home sales strategy. We’re the market leader in Poland and expanding throughout Central and Eastern Europe. SonarHome is a small team of less than 25 individuals, including the development team. • Full-stack attitude and ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions
• 2+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with at least one major backend framework
• Product-oriented thinking
• Understanding of relational databases
• Knowledge of modern React and frontend patterns, TypeScript, component architecture, and advanced state management
• Strong grasp of SSR/ISR frameworks like Next.js
• AI-aware, leveraging AI for code generation and refactoring while reviewing and improving outputs
• Fluency in modern JavaScript tooling
• Clean code and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Sharp SQL skills
• Experience with GraphQL (schema design, Apollo/urql, caching)
• Comfortable communicating in Polish (spoken and written)

• Building new full-stack features
• Reviewing code written by other team members
• Conducting experiments, refactoring, upgrading and maintaining code
• Working closely with the Product Team and CEO to address business problems
• Fixing bugs and improving the product for customers and partners
• Shaping front-end culture by identifying potential refactors, performance bottlenecks, and designing new solutions

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
