Value Engineering Analyst with German

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Commercial Information Technology, Business or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or in IT/Engineering combined with an MBA
• Basic knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Basic understanding of cloud architectures and ERP system concepts
• Basic understanding of business process analysis and management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, REFA)
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in working with data, numbers, and structured research
• Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Business-fluent English and German (B2)
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%-50%, depending on project needs

• Supporting Value Engineering activities for named strategic customer and prospect accounts
• Conducting structured research on customers including business strategy, organizational structure, industry context, investors/ownership, and financial performance indicators
• Analyzing and mapping customer challenges to Infor’s industry-specific CloudSuite solutions
• Supporting value discovery, prioritization, and insight generation in collaboration with the Value Engineering Center of Excellence
• Preparing high-quality analytical deliverables, presentations, and summaries to support customer engagements
• Participating in selected on-site and remote customer engagements alongside senior Value Engineering consultants
