Senior Business Analyst

• Professional experience at Senior level, including at least 7 years of experience in business and system analysis within software development projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or e-commerce industry (electronic banking and e-commerce solutions)
• Experience with projects involving creation and development of API
• Very good knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
• Documented ability to create reliable business documentation and functional requirements specifications
• Practical experience collaborating with development teams
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience analyzing bank account opening processes
• Experience in the area of payment cards

• Collecting, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements for solutions in the area of Open Banking and digital ecosystems
• Creating comprehensive business and system documentation using BPMN and UML notations
• Designing requirements for development of services and products provided via API Management layer and API model
• Collaborating closely with development and architecture teams in building backend systems, frontend White Label solutions, and SDK
• Analyzing business processes related to payment solutions, integration with payment gateways, card issuance and management, and bank account establishment
• Working with project teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies leveraging Jira and Confluence tools
