Senior AI Backend & Orchestration Engineer

ITFS is a company operating in Poland offering remote work opportunities for AI backend engineering positions.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Go (Golang) and practical experience with Python.
• Experience designing and developing AI systems and platforms based on LLM models.
• Knowledge of AI agent orchestration, token streaming, memory management, and vector databases.
• Very good knowledge of distributed system architecture, asynchronous processing, state machines, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines.
• Ability to design efficient and scalable APIs.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level for communication and technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes.

• Designing and developing backend for advanced AI systems based on multi-agent architecture.
• Creating and developing orchestration mechanisms for AI agents, autonomous workflows, and tool calling.
• Designing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines including data processing, semantic content splitting, and integration with vector databases.
• Developing high-performance solutions based on asynchronous, event-driven, and concurrent processing architectures.
• Designing and developing scalable, strongly typed APIs used by WebUI and CLI applications.
• Co-creating AI platform architecture, optimizing system performance, and managing LLM life cycle.
