• Experience in leading or mentoring a technical team, ideally Salesforce-focused.
• Solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, REST API, SOAP, and Git.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to balance technical work with team management tasks.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Plan and distribute tasks within the team, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with product owners and business analysts to understand project goals.
• Run daily meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Help the team solve technical blockers and improve their skills.
• Maintain development standards and best practices across the project.
