.NET Backend Developer

Link Group is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to work on the development of complex business systems based on ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core. The role focuses on backend development, distributed systems, web application security, and scalable solutions design.

• Very good knowledge of ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Practical understanding of web application security.
• Strong knowledge of Dependency Injection in .NET, including lifecycle and design implications.
• Ability to manage resources correctly, e.g., using IHttpClientFactory.
• Familiarity with communication and architecture patterns in distributed systems, especially:
  • CQRS
  • Clean Architecture
  • Saga Pattern (orchestration/choreography)
  • Reliable communication patterns
  • Messaging, queues, event-driven architecture
• Ability to design solutions focused on performance and scalability.
• Understanding that small-scale solutions may not suit systems with many clients and high traffic volume.
• Willingness to work using AI-supported development models, managing and verifying AI agents' work.
• Independence, responsibility for code quality, and ability to make technical decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with rate limiting technologies and policies per endpoint.
• Cloud tooling and service experience.
• Practical use of AI agents like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of Angular or readiness to learn frontend/fullstack skills.
• Experience with complex business systems such as ERP and multi-tenant system design.

• Designing and developing backend applications with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Working with Entity Framework Core and relational databases.
• Designing solutions for distributed architectures including reliable communication patterns, distributed transactions, and event-driven systems.
• Creating and maintaining APIs and system integrations.
• Ensuring web application security and proper management of dependencies and resources.
• Designing scalable solutions suited for multi-tenant environments.
• Analyzing performance bottlenecks and proposing solutions for large-scale systems.
• Utilizing AI tools to assist in development, including code generation, refactoring, and verification.
• Verifying AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, and architecture compliance.
• Collaborating with the team on architecture design, code reviews, and establishing technical standards.

Nice to have:

• Experience with rate limiting tools like Redis, Azure API Management, and Application Gateway.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
• Practical experience with AI agents such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot with custom instructions.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Angular, frontend development, and fullstack practices.
• Experience with complex business systems such as accounting, HR, ERP, and hardware integrations.
• Experience designing multi-tenant systems.
