Junior Game Artist – Monopoly World

Join Reality Games and be part of creating Monopoly World – an innovative mobile game that brings the classic board game to life in the real world. The project has global reach and is developed at the company's office in Kraków, Poland.

• A strong portfolio that shows your artistic skill, eye for detail, and versatility.
• Proficiency in at least one key area: 2D illustration, 3D modeling, UI art, or concept art.
• Basic understanding of game engines (ideally Unity).
• Good sense of composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ability to work across disciplines and juggle different visual tasks.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Blender, After Effects, or Spine.
• Experience with simple VFX, shaders, or animation pipelines.
• Interest in mobile game trends, especially visual design in F2P.
• Awareness of performance and optimization needs for mobile platforms.

• Support the creation of 2D and 3D assets for environments, UI, icons, characters, and VFX.
• Help maintain and develop the game's visual style across all aspects of production.
• Assist in preparing visuals for marketing materials (e.g., screenshots, promo banners, app store assets).
• Work closely with senior artists and designers to implement assets in Unity.
• Take part in optimizing and preparing assets for mobile performance.
• Contribute ideas and visual solutions for new features and live content.
