Project Management Coordinator

Reality Games is hiring a Project Management Coordinator to serve as a Delivery Manager within their dynamic team based in Kraków, Poland. The role is full-time and located in the company's office in the vibrant city center of Kraków. The position includes coordination of project management activities involving internal and outsourced teams.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience handling large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
• Excellent organizational skills, with high patience and attention to detail.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Preferred background in 3D assessment skills, though not mandatory.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira or Trello is highly valued.

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the project management team, including outsourced partners, a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist, part-time Web Developer, and graphic designers.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to inform decision-making and project direction, ensuring efficient project delivery.
• Conduct in-depth internet research to gather and evaluate data supporting project outcomes.
• Engage in proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Assess and adapt project management strategies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to enhance team coordination and project tracking.
