• Real experience in managing technical projects (specifically: apps & games);
• Real experience managing technical people through complex development;
• Proven ability to close projects on time;
• Strong convictions on where product should go next;
• Ability to listen and understand differing opinions from direct reports, colleagues, manager and senior management;
• Ability to change your mind when presented with new information;
• Strong hunger to drive product forward with pace and purpose;
• Being able to take responsibility for your team and your decisions

• Contributor to product backlog nomination & roadmap building;
• Delivery of roadmap (quality, finished products - on-time);
• Plan and effectively communicate plans to all team members;
• Keep upper management informed of development progress to plan;
• Effectively lead production team, enabling strong cooperation, conflict resolution, and continual growth of team and members
