Android Developer

Additionally, we use AI not only to increase efficiency, but also to build new competencies and develop modern ways of working. We are currently looking for an Android Developer to join one of our teams delivering projects for a client in the financial sector. The project involves developing modern, scalable mobile solutions, integrating them with backend systems, and implementing features that personalize the user experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in native Android mobile application development
• Strong command of Kotlin extensively used in mobile projects
• Hands-on experience with Android SDK and Jetpack Compose
• Proficient in working with Coroutines
• Understanding of Clean Architecture principles and effective separation of application layers in accordance with SOLID principles
• Ability to apply software design principles to create clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Experience working in Agile software development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and ability to design accessible digital solutions
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Hands-on experience with MVVM and MVI architectures

Nice to have:

• Experience working on banking, financial services, or related industry projects
• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform
• Experience using AI-powered tools supporting software development, code generation, testing, or documentation creation
• Experience in designing and developing modern solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Develop and enhance the Android mobile application
• Design and implement new functionalities within the mobile application
• Ensure high code quality as well as the consistency and performance of the components created
• Collaborate with the project team using the Scrum methodology
