Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, especially AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code languages (Terraform, Terragrunt, CDK, Cloudformation).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Cloudwatch) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with DevOps tools.
• Strong work ethic and proactive in ensuring platform stability and performance.

• Foster seamless collaboration between development and operations teams by acting as a facilitator and trusted advisor.
• Equip engineering teams with tools, knowledge, and expertise to operate effectively in the cloud environment.
• Lead and execute complex migrations to the cloud with minimal disruption.
• Champion and implement Cloud Excellence principles for optimized resource utilization.
• Drive cross-domain knowledge transfer across engineering teams.
• Advocate continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions for applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in tabletop exercises for incident preparedness.
• Take ownership of on-call rotations for production issue resolution.
• Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
