Data Enablement Engineer with AI Agent

Altimetrik Poland is a digital enablement company delivering bite-size outcomes to enterprises and startups across industries using an agile approach. The role involves working with a global healthcare company providing solutions addressing patients' evolving needs.

• 5+ years experience in data engineering, AI engineering, analytics engineering, or cloud data platform delivery.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience with AI agentic development practices and AI coding assistants.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks including data modeling, pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake Cortex and Databricks Genie features.
• Understanding of semantic layer modeling, business metrics, KPIs, hierarchies, and AI-ready data products.
• Experience with data catalogues, metadata management, lineage, data ownership, business glossaries, and data quality.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured data including enterprise tables, documents, PDFs, SharePoint/Teams content, and logs.
• Expertise in sizing, workload isolation, autoscaling, performance tuning, and cost optimization for Snowflake Warehouses and Databricks Clusters/SQL Warehouses.
• Expertise in LLM model selection, cost optimization, token consumption, caching, prompt optimization, and model routing.
• Practical experience with GenAI, AI agents, RAG, enterprise search, conversational analytics, or LLM assistants.
• Strong understanding of data governance, RBAC/RLS, masking, auditability, and secure data access.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments with security, compliance, auditability, and governance.

• Develop and optimize data pipelines, semantic layer models, and platform performance in Snowflake and Databricks.
• Implement AI agentic development practices including solution design, prototyping, and iterative delivery using AI assistants.
• Apply knowledge of Snowflake Cortex features such as Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, and LLM functions.
• Utilize Databricks Genie for data modeling, governance, and enabling natural-language analytics.
• Manage data catalogues, metadata, lineage, and data quality controls.
• Optimize Snowflake Warehouses and Databricks Clusters/SQL Warehouses for workload isolation, autoscaling, performance, and cost.
• Select and optimize LLM models considering token usage, latency, inference costs, and quality trade-offs.
• Use GenAI, AI agents, RAG, enterprise search, and conversational analytics in data products.
• Ensure data governance, RBAC/RLS, masking, auditability, and secure enterprise data access.
• Communicate technical decisions to engineers, architects, product owners, and business users.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
