Senior Cybersecurity AI Engineer

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years without.
• 3+ years designing, deploying, or supporting enterprise-scale security solutions.
• Experience with endpoint and network security solutions in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of operating system internals, hardening, and monitoring for Windows and UNIX.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience applying GenAI/ML engineering techniques.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered services and retrieval-augmented generation at production scale.
• Broad knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Leadership, self-motivation, and accountability.
• Deep understanding of OS internals including kernel processes and privilege levels for Windows and Linux/Mac.
• Good understanding of Cyber Security Operations and Incident Response.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-500, CISSP, SSCP, GIAC, OSCP is a major plus.

• Provide direction and support in the implementation of endpoint antivirus, EDR, application control, and privilege management security technologies.
• Provide engineering solutions to new threats leveraging endpoint tools and identify gaps for improvement.
• Apply GenAI/ML methods to endpoint telemetry for threat detection and evaluate model performance.
• Instil a culture of high security standards while ensuring business requirements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to establish productive relationships.
• Provide technical solutions and expertise to the global Cyber Engineering team.
• Design, build, and run endpoint security implementations in a complex environment.
• Plan, design, implement, prevent attacks and support security systems.
• Implement security and threat protection controls using cloud and on-prem endpoint security tools.
• Create documentation to formalize processes.
• Meet SLA's by resolving endpoint security issues.
• Administer and implement policies on endpoint sensors and refine security standards.
• Define and baseline system uptime SLAs and KPIs for security solutions.
• Work with other security teams on prevention and threat vector research and mitigation.
• Mentor stakeholders and provide technological guidance on endpoint security.
• Provide recommendations to management to improve endpoint security effectiveness.
• Prioritize and plan projects and features, manage stakeholders, and track commitments.
• Respond to internal and external security audit requests.
• Identify opportunities to enhance security standards and processes.
