Product Manager Payments

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager
• Knowledge of agile management methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Miro, and Figma
• Intermediate English language skills
• Experience in fintech is an asset
• Communication skills, goal-oriented attitude, good work organization

• Defining product vision and strategy for the payments area
• Creating new solutions
• Conducting discovery: interviews with merchants, data analysis, hypothesis testing
• Monitoring the payments market, competitors' actions, and regulatory changes
• Prioritizing work based on data and business potential
• Close collaboration with development team and product owner
• Owning product metrics: revenue, conversion, merchant retention
• Collaborating with partners on contract negotiations and business terms
• Coordinating go-to-market with sales and marketing during product launches
• Reporting results and recommendations
