OCM and AI Training Specialist

Jacobs Digital & Data Hub in Kraków is building enterprise-scale AI and data platforms supporting advanced analytics and GenAI across highly regulated domains including Government, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Energy, and Health.

• 2–4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation ideally within a large, complex organization or consulting environment
• Prosci certification or equivalent (ADKAR methodology experience required)
• Proven ability to deliver change workstreams in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different audiences including leadership and technical teams
• Comfortable working with AI tools and technology platforms with curiosity about AI's impact on work
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Availability to travel as needed

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Miro

• Apply Prosci/ADKAR and other established change management methodologies to develop and execute change strategies for AI tools and technology initiatives
• Design and deliver integrated communications plans, training programs, and change impact assessments across global functional teams
• Manage change deliverables end-to-end including change plans, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, AI Change Champions Network, and value realization tracking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and program leads to prepare leaders to embed change
• Promote AI awareness and adoption by sharing practical use cases, success stories, and lessons learned from pilots and rollouts
• Identify and manage change-related risks, interdependencies, and issues across workstreams, escalating as needed
• Track adoption metrics and contribute to post-implementation continuous improvement efforts
