IT Analyst - DORA ROI

• Strong experience in data analysis, data management, or business analysis.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks, preferably DORA, EBA, ICT risk.
• Solid understanding of contractual data, sourcing, or third-party risk management is an advantage.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data visualisation tools, or data platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures.
• Experience in process design, documentation, and governance frameworks is a plus.

• Perform data analysis across multiple internal systems and sources such as sourcing, contracts, and ICT services.
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures required for DORA ROI reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including sourcing, risk, IT, and legal to ensure alignment and data completeness.
• Drive regulatory deliverables ensuring compliance with DORA requirements and internal governance.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, proposing mitigation actions.
• Contribute to process definition and documentation for ROI data collection and maintenance.
• Act as data owner / data quality lead for key ROI data.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy continuously.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable data maintenance processes.
• Support ongoing regulatory reporting and audits related to DORA.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across data processes and tooling.
