Design Engineer

Sybilla Technologies develops advanced ground-based observation systems to monitor objects in space. Their products combine mechanics, optics, electronics, and software to build automated observatories operating reliably in demanding environments, delivering high-quality data globally. The company works in Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance & Tracking, Space Traffic Management, as well as stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial observations. It is a growing deep-tech company offering engineers opportunities to work on multidisciplinary products with real technical challenges and tangible impact from design through production.

• At least 3+ years of experience in mechanical or product design.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, CATIA, or similar).
• Experience working with manufacturing teams and external suppliers.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Experience designing products intended to operate in demanding environmental conditions.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Willingness to participate in production and testing activities.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
• Category B driving licence.
• Communicative English (B2+).

• Prepare production and design documentation for hardware products.

• Manage engineering documentation and configuration changes throughout the product lifecycle.
