Senior Change Manager

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Change Manager.
• Experience in large transformational projects.
• Experience working with Finance and Procurement (AP) systems/solutions.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Work with Corporate sponsor along with business segment leads to facilitate process for capturing business requirements, including stakeholder interviews, design thinking workshops, and documentation.
• Define overall plan and scope of deployment project, including stakeholder mapping and identifying impacted parties with licensing and support cost implications.
• Document Key Design Decisions (KDDs) during the project design phase.
• Follow Project Manager checklist and standard client's project management processes.
• Set up formal framework design and development process in partnership with MGS DT Technical Lead.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and discussion forums for project teams and key stakeholders to monitor progress in agile project management style.
• Own project timeline and manage delivery on key dates of major project stage gates.
