• Experience with Jira Service Management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage users and roles in Azure following the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Practical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.

• Administer Active Directory in a hybrid environment integrated with Azure.
• Register, track, and manage incidents and service requests using Jira Service Management.
• Provide remote support for users on Windows 11, Linux (Ubuntu), and macOS.
• Support and maintain the Azure cloud environment.
• Assist with IT security activities, including participation in ISO audits and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports using Confluence.
