Solution Sales Professional (Security)

The company specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development, serving clients in finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare.

• Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Security/IT Consulting.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft Security stack - Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Defender for Cloud - at a high level.
• Knowledge of SIEM, XDR, IAM, or other cloud security platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to connect technology with business value.
• Experience in leading customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to solving customer problems.
• Ability to challenge ideas constructively.
• Fluent English.

• Understand customer business needs and data challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Turn unclear customer needs into solution ideas and concrete opportunities.
• Help Sales define value, scope, and next steps.
• Support qualification and proposal preparation.
• Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft.
• Identify follow-up opportunities.
