Flutter Developer (Hospitality)

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework
• Experience with state management solutions like Provider and Bloc
• Understanding of architecture and design patterns
• Experience with Flutter navigation, routing, page transitions, and deep linking
• Ability to create native bridges for platform-specific functionality
• Experience with asynchronous code and isolates
• Experience with unit, widget, or automation testing
• Ability to understand the business domain in detail
• Effective communication of technical decisions to leads and the team
• Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team growth
• Ability to lead or oversee other development team members
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Ability to have 4 hours overlap with the Boston team (until 12:00 PM UTC-5)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Swift or Kotlin
• Experience with Firebase push notifications
• Experience with other mobile development frameworks
• Proficiency in MVVM/MVC architecture

• Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework
• Create and manage navigation flows, including routing, page transitions, and deep linking
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and design guidelines
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Create bridges in native code to integrate device-specific features and APIs
• Participate in triaging incidents and issues reported by the support team
• Monitor and analyze production problems, responding promptly to incidents
• Cover functionality with automated tests to ensure high code quality

The client requires 4 hours of overlap with the Boston team until 12pm UTC -5. Several interview stages are planned, including one with the development director at Crunchtime after internal interviews.
