Lead Boomi Developer

• Experience leading development teams and coordinating product or integration platform development
• Practical experience working with Boomi Enterprise (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge of REST API, SOAP API, JSON, and XML formats
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience designing and developing system integrations
• Experience with cloud solutions such as AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with integration patterns including ETL, real-time integrations, and event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of integration security, service quality, and best practices in integration solution design
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Very good command of English (minimum C1) for daily cooperation with international clients and teams

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Java, Golang, or JavaScript/TypeScript to actively support the development team
• Experience in telecommunications, e-commerce, CRM, or ERP projects
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and combining technical with product competencies
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting team development

• Lead and support the development team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owner, architects, and client in defining product vision and integration platform roadmap
• Analyze business needs and design scalable integration solutions based on API
• Co-create integration architecture and actively participate in implementation and development of key components
• Design client-specific solutions and prepare technical documentation for proposal processes
• Work with business and technical teams on design and development of integration services
• Support the team in incident resolution, change management, and optimization of existing integrations
• Maintain stability and continuity of integration services used by end customers
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices in integration and product development
• Actively share knowledge and support the team in technical decision-making
