MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader (m/f/n)

This role supports a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout project deploying a core model across 23 countries including South America, Europe, and Asia.

• At least 7 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchase modules.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Sales / Order-to-Cash processes with strong understanding of end-to-end workflows including customer master data, sales orders, shipment, credit management, order fulfillment, and billing.
• Experience in pricing and discount structure optimization.
• Knowledge of tax and invoicing compliance in Sales processes.
• Ability to align Sales processes with business requirements and Core Model standards.
• At least 7 years experience in Purchases / Source-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment execution.
• Knowledge of procurement controls and compliance.
• Experience designing approval workflows.
• Experience with vendor collaboration and integration.
• Understanding of integration patterns including API, EDI, and middleware.
• Experience working with technical teams on data mapping and interface validation.
• At least 10 years international experience with ERP rollouts and core model deployments.
• At least 8 years experience in data migration including extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience reviewing functional deliverables including designs, configuration, and test scenarios.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, cooperating with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Experience leading workshops, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership, autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and calm structured communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in large-scale D365 F&O transformation programs across multiple regions.
• Previous roles as Functional Stream Leader, Functional Lead, or Stream Lead.
• Support experience for Site Readiness Assessment, Conference Room Pilot, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Experience in international, multicultural project environments.

• Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream within the global deployment program.
• Coordinate and support the Sales & Purchases functional team across rollout activities in multiple regions.
• Validate the skills and experience of Sales & Purchases consultants before onboarding.
• Onboard, mentor, and coordinate Sales & Purchases functional consultants.
• Oversee all project phases including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare.
• Coordinate with Finance, Manufacturing, data migration, and development teams.
• Work closely with client’s local Sales & Purchases teams and central integration team.
• Ensure proper adaptation and adoption of the global core model by local business teams.
• Manage stakeholders on client and internal sides, providing guidance and managing expectations.
• Review and ensure quality of functional deliverables including designs, configuration, and test scenarios.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation actions with recommended solutions.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for Sales & Purchases.
• Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to align business needs and Core Model standards.
• Support project activities requiring travel including Site Readiness Assessment, Conference Room Pilot, training, go-live, and hypercare.
