Network Administrator

cloudatus is an all-cloud service and consulting provider for midsize and large enterprises. The company helps customers with technical solution design, development, deployment, and support along their cloud journey, working with cloud based, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.

• Knowledge and experience in IP networking including LAN Switching, Routing, SD-WAN
• Knowledge of network services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP
• Understanding of wired and wireless access technologies (Wi-Fi, 802.1x/EAP)
• Hands-on experience with network hardware including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls
• Knowledge of network configuration on server operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Preferred knowledge of Fortinet and Zscaler solutions

Nice to have:

• Willingness to communicate with customers' IT teams for support requests
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in SLA-driven support or managed services environment
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, request, change, and escalation processes
• German language skills

• Build, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot IP networks in on-premises and public cloud environments
• Perform changes in physical and logical network configurations
• Provide 2nd line support to system and network users
• Create and update technical documentation and operating procedures
• Proactively identify and drive network improvements, changes, or upgrades to existing infrastructure
