Salesforce Business Analyst

Brown-Forman Polska is part of a Global IT organization serving a premium spirits company. The team supports a global ecosystem built on platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Coupa, Workday, Concur, Cloudera, and Tableau. The position involves cooperation with European Commercial IT teams and business partners in Italy and Spain.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ● 3-5 years of related experience with 1-2 years as a Salesforce Administrator or related role. ● Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. ● Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing users and security, and developing workflows and automation. ● Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus. ● Understanding of business intelligence tools such as SAP BW, Tableau, or BusinessObjects. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex concepts at all organizational levels. ● Methodical and rigorous with strong time management and organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ● Energetic and proactive attitude towards learning. ● Fluent in English.

● Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. ● Review system enhancement requests to ensure alignment with business and IT strategy. ● Document business processes, system documentation, and training materials. ● Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs. ● Manage project schedules and ensure communication with regional and central teams. ● Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets in Salesforce. ● Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules in Salesforce. ● Create and manage workflows and automation within Salesforce. ● Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs. ● Manage data quality and support data migration efforts including data extracts and uploads. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success. ● Provide ongoing support to end-users. ● Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
