Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in complex international environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex topics and turn them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicating effectively with different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance diverse business needs across global teams and regions.
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and business process modelling techniques, including BPM, UML, use cases, test cases, and prototyping.
- Experience creating, analysing, and validating functional specifications and system design documentation.
- Understanding of data and field mapping between external and internal systems, with the ability to interpret XML and JSON schemas.
- Experience creating user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and BDD scenarios.
- Good understanding of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Work as part of an empowered Scrum team, supporting requirements analysis, clarification, and delivery.
- Capture, analyse, and document business needs related to Identity Governance and Access Management.
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and software engineers to build a shared understanding of features and functionality.
- Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and BDD scenarios.
- Support the team throughout the software development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of dashboards and reports.
- Analyse and model business processes using techniques such as BPM, UML, use cases, test cases, and prototyping.
- Prepare and validate functional specifications and system design elements, including data rules, business rules, wireframes, and related documentation.
- Work with data and field mappings between external and internal systems, including interpreting XML and JSON schemas.
- Build a strong understanding of the customer's identity and access management processes, systems, and business models.
- Collaborate with governance and compliance stakeholders across different regions to ensure requirements reflect local business needs while supporting global identity governance objectives.
- Contribute to the delivery of new regional work packages as part of the wider programme roadmap.
- Help identify opportunities to apply industry best practices and improve identity governance processes.
