Business Data Analyst

H2B Group is hiring for a client in the automotive sector. The position is located in Warsaw and involves hybrid work with 3 days per week onsite. The contract is until 31 December 2027 with potential extension.

• 5+ years as System Analyst / Architect
• Strong skills in REST API design, ETL (Python), Power BI, data modeling, SDLC, BPMN/UML
• Experience with data products, data lifecycle, GitHub, Gherkin
• English B2+

Nice to have:

• Snowflake
• Experience with banking/credit data

• Technical analysis and requirement gathering
• Data and process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• API design and system integrations
• ETL development in Python
• Power BI reporting
• Ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance
• Creating documentation and supporting Agile/DevOps delivery
