Senior Data Governance Consultant (k/m)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing.
• Practical experience implementing Data Governance solutions in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, MDM, and information architecture.
• Experience creating data management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Practical knowledge of Data Governance tools.
• Experience in regulated organizational environments.
• Ability to prepare recommendations for management and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Knowledge of data usage in analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI solutions.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in English.

• Providing consultancy in Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Quality.
• Co-creating strategies and target data management models.
• Defining policies, standards, processes, and data responsibility rules.
• Assessing organizational maturity in data management and identifying improvement areas.
• Preparing recommendations and development plans for Data Governance.
• Reviewing data architecture, information models, metadata, and Data Lineage.
• Defining data quality standards and monitoring methods.
• Evaluating data readiness for reporting, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Supporting technology projects regarding compliance with the data governance model.
• Preparing materials and recommendations for management staff.
• Conducting workshops with business, IT, security, and compliance representatives.
• Assisting the organization in implementing best practices in data management.
