SQL Server Migration Specialist

B2Bnetwork is hiring for a long-term infrastructure project focused on developing modern Microsoft SQL Server environments and high availability solutions.

• Experience administering and migrating Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Practical knowledge of SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
• Experience with Windows Server Failover Clustering.
• Very good command of T-SQL.
• Automation skills using PowerShell.
• Experience conducting production environment migrations.
• English language proficiency enabling work in an international environment.

• Plan and execute migrations of Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Migrate databases and applications to target database platforms.
• Design and deploy solutions based on SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
• Configure and maintain high availability environments.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams during migrations.
• Prepare migration plans, validate environments, and support switchovers.
• Troubleshoot availability and performance issues in database environments.
