Expert Data Governance Consultant (k/m)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, Data Governance, BI, or data warehousing, including real-world implementations.
• Strong knowledge of operational Data Governance models and data quality management practices.
• Ability to create and implement policies, procedures, and standards for data management.
• Practical experience with tools supporting Data Governance from user, functional, or architectural perspectives.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Lineage, metadata management, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence, data platforms and warehouses, and information architecture.
• Capability to analyze complex organizational environments and translate business needs into concrete solutions.
• Experience preparing recommendations and presenting them to management and executives.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English at least at B2/C1 level.

• Provide expert consulting in Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Quality.
• Co-develop the target data governance model for the organization.
• Define principles, standards, policies, and roles responsible for data management.
• Analyze current organizational maturity and identify development areas.
• Prepare recommendations, roadmaps, and materials supporting business decisions.
• Review data architecture, information models, metadata, and Data Lineage processes.
• Support building data quality standards and monitoring methods.
• Assess data readiness for reporting, advanced analytics, and AI solutions.
• Analyze technological initiatives for compliance with data governance rules.
• Conduct strategic workshops and meetings with business, IT, security, and compliance representatives.
• Assist teams in practical implementation of adopted Data Governance standards.
